Welcome to Warriors of the Moon! We are a modern-day warrior cats roleplay! It's been 10 years, and all of the original Clans have disbanded. Even SkyClan means nothing. We have new ones called MarshClan, MistClan, PeakClan, and WolfClan. We're one account per person, like most warriors roleplays. Meaning, no character accounts!
Our roleplay rating is 3-0-2, and we have a simple application and a quick acceptance process! Your character will be approved in not even an hour, depends on our timezones, though! Welcome!

Sorrelstrike is slightly smaller than average, but that does not mean she should be underestimated. It is quite easy to see the muscle that ripples under her pelt from her hard moons of training. The she-cat has slick fur that tends to stick out no matter how much she grooms it. While her coloring is mostly are a very dark brown (nearly black), streaks of orange and amber and white mark her as a calico. A white, slanted waterfall slips from her muzzle and onto her chest. She has narrowed, green eyes.
personality
Sorrelstrike is rough. She looks it on the outside and feels it in the inside. She feels passion for being strong, so rather than conversate with other clanmates, she practices and creates new battling techniques. She runs through her territory to build up stamina instead of lounging around and relaxing. There is no time for relaxing in her mind.
This does not mean she is anti-social, however. Sorrelstrike is a workaholic and prefers to be productive. It is hard for the she-cat to feel sympathy and she sometimes struggles to show specific emotions, but she's up for a nice chat regarding the borders. Also, she is working on her conversation skills and is slowly becoming better.
Under all of her rough exterior, Sorrelstrike feels very uncertain of herself. It may be the reason she trains so much. She has anxiety over the idea of what others think of her. Not only does she want to be the best for herself, but she must be the best for others.
history
Sorrelkit was born to Darkwing and Lionclaw, a fearsome pair of warriors. Alongside her was her brother, Waspkit. As kits, Sorrelkit used to wrestle and play with her brother. Their parents were stern and expected a lot of them, but were still loving. Sorrelkit would always ask the elders for stories, which inspired her to become something great.
Things changed for Sorrelpaw once she became an apprentice. Her mentor, Ravenfall, was harsh and unforgiving. He made training hell for her. Eventually, though, Sorrelpaw found her footing and flourished under his guidance. He steered her down a path that taught her being strong was her number one priority. Her brother, Wasp-paw, was not all that grand at training. So, when he suddenly became a competitor of hers, she was suspicious.
When the she-cat was going to confront him about it, Ravenfall snapped at her for not caring about her training. So, until she was a warrior, it seemed like there was nothing she could do about it. Training was all she did.
Wasp-paw became Waspfang, a name their parents were proud of. Would her's be just as good? This was when Sorrelstrike's self-doubt began. While she was given a strong name, she couldn't help but wonder if her parents would be proud of her. Of course, they were, but the anxiety always seemed to creep back up again.
Her anxiety especially came when she decided to confront Waspfang about his training. However, all of that anxiety was replaced with anger. Her brother, the one she had known all of her life, trained with the Dark Forest. She felt betrayed and like she suddenly knew nothing about the tom she grew up next to.
Waspfang was driven out of the clan. Sorrelstrike didn't know how to feel, so she decided not to feel anything. She pushed her feelings down and worked to gain respect back from WolfClan. It seemed like her parents did the same. The three worked together and stopped receiving dirty looks when they quickly proved their loyalty.
Sorrelstrike began to miss her brother again when she finally excepted what happened. Was it her fault that they left? How did the word even spread around the Clan? She couldn't remember who she had told by that time. It took a while for Sorrel to get over the event, but she eventually did. She thinks of her brother often but assumes him to be dead. Now, she had to focus on herself and her own family. Her mother and father pressure the young she-cat to begin a family and keep their legacy. Who knows, maybe if Sorrel finds the right cat, she'll have kits and name one Waspkit.

| APPROVED! | "Welcome to WolfClan, Sorrelstrike. With a brother in one Clan as a runaway, and you in WolfClan, how will you manage Clan life? Let's hope you two cross paths one day, even if it means fighting."-Wolfstar
