Welcome to Warriors of the Moon! We are a modern-day warrior cats roleplay! It's been 10 years, and all of the original Clans have disbanded. Even SkyClan means nothing. We have new ones called MarshClan, MistClan, PeakClan, and WolfClan. We're one account per person, like most warriors roleplays. Meaning, no character accounts!
Our roleplay rating is 3-0-2, and we have a simple application and a quick acceptance process! Your character will be approved in not even an hour, depends on our timezones, though! Welcome!

// HISTORY // Fawnkit’s beginning sat in a delicate balance between perfectly ordinary and rather unfortunate. Her mother never told anyone who the father of her kits were, and died just after kitting them, so she and her two littermates Foxkit and Bearkit never got the chance to know either of their parents, nor their sister Mothkit who had died so soon after their birth. Instead, they were brought up by a queen and raised alongside her single kit, Ravenkit, who was a moon older than them. Beyond perhaps a little teasing and a few viscous rumours regarding their unknown father, the three had a perfectly normal kithood of playing, listening to stories and dreaming of being great warriors one day. They knew the queen who raised them was not their true mother, for they had heard the true and a different scent still haunted their earliest memories, but she treated them as though they were her own kits and loved them just as much. She was their mother, that’s all that mattered to Fawnkit. Still, as a kit, Fawnkit was rather shy and kept mostly to her littermates, fascinated by Starclan and thrilled with her potential future as a great Marshclan warrior. The rumours and teasing made her less rowdy and sociable than most kits, yet she was still a bright little kit that wanted nothing more to return the love she was given and live up to the greatness of her clan.
Finally apprenticed alongside her littermates, and a moon after Ravenpaw, Fawnpaw began her training as a warrior. While she was shy and hesitant, her mentor was tough but encouraging, and she proved to be a great and eager learner. She listened and did her best, and with every mild praise that warmed her little heart, she slowly grew in confidence and came out of her shell. She was always the most willing to help out, no matter the task, be it fixing dens, changing moss, or ridding the elders of ticks. The thing she was most eager to help out with was the Medicine cat’s work, wich often led to her covered in cobwebs or helping to carry herbs instead of getting into trouble with her denmates. She simply loved the feeling that came with helping others, though praise or a reward was certainly a bonus. Still, all this helping did nothing to set her behind in her training, and alongside a few minor herbs, she learnt to fight, hunt, climb and even fish. She went on helping missions and patrols with her clanmates, and it was clear that one day she would be a great warrior, aided by her agility and skill with moving swiftly and effortlessly about her territory.
However, it would seem Starclan had other ideas.
By her eleventh moon, warriorhood was creeping nearer than ever before, and rather than nervous like she was for her apprenticeship, she couldn’t wait. She truly had broken out of her shy shell, and grown confidence in her abilities as well. That was, until the old and weary medicine cat she so often aided was given a sign from Starclan, and suddenly the path before her paws was switched. With her fascination in Starclan, and the fact she already enjoyed helping around the Medicine Den, she embraced this new path. However, that didn’t mean she was giving up on her previous dream so easily. Latching onto choice, she finished her warrior training even as she transitioned into life as a Medicine Cat apprentice. This was her path now, and she would make it her own.
In the moons that followed, Fawnpaw learnt much, and it certainly helped that she already knew a little, even if it was nothing compared to what she needed to know. She was a quick study, just as she was as a warrior apprentice, and it became clear why Starclan chose this new path for her, even if she never gave up on being a warrior in whatever way she could, helping to hunt and fight for her clan even as she healed them, soon carrying the name Fawnleap for her agility and grace. Too soon, it would seem, came the death of her mentor. She wasn’t so sure she was prepared, however, there was nothing she could do but try and strive to do her best. So, that was exactly what she began to do as she reached her twenty first moon and struck out toward the future as Marshclan’s sole Medicine Cat.
// PERSONALITY // Fawnleap’s personality has changed drastically over the moons, from when she was a shy little kit. Now, she is a brave and self-assured she-cat determined to make her place in the world. She is always friendly and eager to help, simply enjoying the feeling of a job well done and the satisfaction of being able to help. Though, that doesn’t mean she is against a little reward, for praise doesn’t fill the bellies or heal the wounds of her beloved clanmates. She is someone who would do absolutely anything for her clan, always putting them first, and this is shown clearly by her nigh double life as she hunts even if her path is to heal. She would never give up anything she had learnt, and is always ready to learn even more if it can be for the good of her clan. Her friendliness extends to most cats, if not all, from the youngest kit to the oldest elder, grumpy and short-temptered or sweet and caring, it matters not to her. Every cat deserves a little affection, even if they think they don’t, and she’s willing to provide it. She is even friendly to the other clans, wholly embracing the Medicine Cat traditions that have her set beyond boundaries and ready to help and heal anyone. Even outsiders beyond the clans can recieve her help, or just a friendly chat, though her clan always comes first and if she must turn someone away or attack, she will. Despite her friendly demeanour, however, her heart is always closely guarded, she has a tight circle of true friends that she would tell anything, even if she sees the whole clan as friends and family. She is just wary, no matter how loving, and perhaps she embraces the forbidding of taking a mate or having kits as a kind of excuse not to let anyone get too close to the innermost reaches of her heart. Her faith and loyalty will always be to Starclan and her clanmates, and that is enough to satisfy her.

// MY INFO // I try my best to be a very active and inclusive rper, getting on as much as I can, at the very least to chat. I may be more busy between the end of January and November (with the exception of holidays), but I’ll still get on at the very least one a week though more likely multiple times if not daily. I’m happy to chat, rp or plot with anyone, so feel free to reach out with ideas or even just toss me a friendly hello. I’m easiest to find on Discord, naturally. I love drama or cute fluff plots especially, so hmu! <3
